VoteTunes is a music voting platform open to all users. By using this service you agree to these terms.
2. Voting Policy
Each user may cast one vote per day per track. Vote manipulation, bot usage, or fraudulent activity results in immediate suspension.
3. Privacy
We collect only email and hashed password. We never sell personal data. Apple private relay addresses (@privaterelay.appleid.com) are fully accepted.
4. Intellectual Property
Artists submitting tracks confirm they hold all necessary rights. VoteTunes streams via Spotify/YouTube embeds only.
A. Upfront Payment
All advertising placements require full payment in advance. No credit terms are offered. Prices are as listed on the checkout page and include applicable VAT.
B. Admin Vetting Rights
VoteTunes reserves the absolute right to reject any submitted advertisement at its sole discretion, without providing a reason. Upon rejection, a full refund is issued within 5 business days. Approval does not constitute endorsement of the advertiser or their products.
C. Prohibited Content
The following are strictly prohibited: (i) content promoting illegal products or services; (ii) adult/NSFW content; (iii) misleading or deceptive claims; (iv) content targeting minors; (v) competitor platform advertising; (vi) political or religious content; (vii) malware, phishing, or fraudulent URLs.
D. Campaign Duration & Renewal
All placements are booked on a weekly basis. Campaigns do not auto-renew. The advertiser must submit a new booking for each campaign period.
E. Creative Standards
Uploaded creatives must meet minimum resolution requirements and must not contain flashing imagery that could trigger photosensitive conditions. VoteTunes reserves the right to request creative modifications before approval.
F. Liability
VoteTunes accepts no liability for the performance of any advertisement, including click-through rates or conversion rates. Impression counts are provided as estimates only.
